Extractive Sector Transparency Measures ActThe Act requires oil, gas and mining companies that are listed on a Canadian stock exchange, or that exceed set size thresholds, to report their payments to governments each year.
Anova is not currently required to report under the Act. It is prepared to report and will publish its reports on this page once the Act applies to it.
Supply Chains
Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains ActThe Act requires companies that are listed on a Canadian stock exchange, or that exceed set size thresholds, to report each year on the steps they take to prevent and reduce the risk of forced labour and child labour in their supply chains.
Anova is not currently required to report under the Act. It is prepared to report and will publish its reports on this page once the Act applies to it.
