Working With Landowners

Anova operates wells, facilities and pipelines on land owned and farmed by others. The Company’s land team arranges surface leases, rights of way and access agreements with landowners and occupants, and administers the annual payments under them, in accordance with Saskatchewan’s surface rights legislation.

Questions about an existing lease or right of way, a payment, access to a site or activity on your land may be sent to the Company’s land team at the address below. Please include the legal land description, which allows the Company to identify the agreement and respond quickly.

Freehold mineral owners who would like to discuss leasing their mineral rights are welcome to contact the Company at the same address with the legal land description of the title.
