Jordan Lazic is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Anova Exploration Corp. He was appointed in October 2026 and leads the Company’s strategy, capital allocation and growth.

He founded Anova Resources Inc. in 2017 and led it until its sale to West Lake Energy Corp. in January 2025. He performed every role in the business until 2023, then built its team. He grew it from its first operated well in 2021 to more than 2,500 bbl/d of gross production through organic growth, drilling or participating in approximately 100 wells. It was the most active acquirer of land in southeast Saskatchewan in 2023 and one of the region’s most active drillers in 2023 and 2024. The sale generated a return of approximately 32 times the equity invested.

He is a CFA charterholder.

Anova is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to oversee all of the Company’s accounting and finance functions, including payables, revenue and royalties, production and joint venture accounting, tax, financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls. The posting is on the Careers page.

Cody Carey is a professional engineer with eighteen years of experience in the Williston Basin and Western Canada. He was most recently Director of Production and Facilities at Vitesse Energy. He was previously Regional Team Lead for southeast Saskatchewan at Whitecap Resources and held engineering roles at Lucero Energy, TORC Oil & Gas, Legacy Oil + Gas and Penn West. He joins Anova in November 2026.

Stuart Houle is a professional engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than twenty years of experience across drilling, completions, production, facilities and field operations, in conventional and unconventional reservoirs in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, Mexico and Brazil. He started on drilling rigs in 2005 and was previously Vice President, Engineering at a publicly listed oil producer in southeast Saskatchewan. He joined Anova Resources Inc. in 2023.

Andrew Hansen has worked in land since 2013 and brings more than a decade of experience focused on southeast Saskatchewan. He was previously Land Negotiator at TORC Oil & Gas and Commercial Negotiator at Whitecap Resources, where he built deep knowledge of the region’s land and commercial landscape. He joined Anova Resources Inc. in July 2023 and leads Anova’s land and joint venture functions.

Jamie Potter is a professional geologist with ten years of experience, all in the Mississippian of southeast Saskatchewan. He was most recently a geologist at Burgess Creek Exploration. He joined Anova in October 2026.

Nick Lazic is a professional geologist who has worked in the Mississippian of southeast Saskatchewan since the early 1990s. He co-founded Spectrum Resource Group and Southern Exploration.
